• Reaching the target at least 4 potential project CVs per month.
• Building strong relationships with Industrial Parks, Authorities Offices, Consultants & Contractors in Provinces.
• Catching the information about the investments in provinces regularly.
• Visiting all Industrial parks in provinces to explore information about potential project.
• Developing good working and personal relations with all licensing authorities, and IP developers to get information about new investment at a very early stage.
• Visiting lists of Consultants/ Contractors and IPS in provinces.
• Catching information, receiving drawings, checking the information from all sources.
• Delivering brochures, calendars to all potential customers in industrial parks.
• Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
- Bachelor degree in civil/mechanical engineer with strong technical abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of Sales techniques.
- Minimum 1-year experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Having experience in Pre-engineering building is a plus.
- Being active, mature, energetic, outward and pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
