PENTA-RINKAI JOINT VENTURE is a consortium of the two leading Japanese companies in the construction industry, namely PENTA-OCEAN CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD and RINKAI CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD for development of THI VAI INT'L GENERAL CARGO TERMINAL PORT PROJECT in Tan Thanh district of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.

At present, PENTA-OCEAN CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD has been expanding its business throughout Vietnam in this highly growing industry. We are now searching for the talented candidates to fill the following vacancies.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Responsible for preparation and checking for submission of the following documents to Consultant:
1.1. Material approval request
1.2. Method statement/work procedures
1.3. Design drawings
1.4. Detailed shop drawings
2. Responsible for coordinating and checking of all mechanical or electrical works at the construction site. Ensure that these works are in accordance with the latest construction drawings, applied standards and specifications issued for construction.
3. Responsible for supervision, monitor and checking of construction and installation of all electrical or mechanical facilities supplied and installed by contractors/suppliers at the project site.
4. Responsible for invitation of Consultant to the site and factory inspections.
5. Conducts in-process inspection of construction works, monitors accomplishment as against project schedule and recommends construction methodologies and/or alternative materials which affects timely delivery of goods/services.
6. Responsible to oversee the proper testing and commissioning procedures as required by the Project.
7. Responsible for evaluation of billings as submitted by contractors/suppliers and coordinate with the Project QS in the resolution of variation/change orders.
8. Responsible for preparation and checking for submission of final documentations such as;
8.1. Minutes of acceptance,
8.2. As-built drawings,
8.3. Operation and maintenance manual,
8.4. Warranty certificates from suppliers,
8.5. Warranty certificate for the Works

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
• Must be a degree holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience at least 4 years in mechanical or electrical works in a foreign company
• Advanced skill of English
• Knowledgeable on national regulations for mechanical or electrical works
• Experience in coordination with Consultant and Employer
• Knowledgeable on quality control and quantity checking
• Knowledgeable on detailed drawings checking (with A-CAD know-how)
• Knowledgeable on testing and commissioning
