PENTA-RINKAI JOINT VENTURE is a consortium of the two leading Japanese companies in the construction industry, namely PENTA-OCEAN CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD and RINKAI CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD for development of THI VAI INT'L GENERAL CARGO TERMINAL PORT PROJECT in Tan Thanh district of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.

At present, PENTA-OCEAN CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD has been expanding its business throughout Vietnam in this highly growing industry. We are now searching for the talented candidates to fill the following vacancies.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Knowledgeable on PAVING WORKS (at least 05-year experience)
• Knowledgeable on requirements of drawings, method statements, specifications and bidding documents
• Monitor site quality-related works in compliance with all drawings, specifications, and method statement requirements
• Manage quality of works by quality control checklist methods
• Manage quality of materials delivered on site against pre-approved material
• Responsible for quantities taking off from the tender drawings (if not provided in the tender BOQ) and cross-check the provided quantities
• Primarily deal with project employer/ consultant and subcontractors regarding quantity and quality issues

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
• Training background: University graduate in construction or civil engineering
• Experience: At least 03 years in relevant position in a Japanese or international company
• Good at documentation
• Good English skills (speaking, listening and writing)
• Experience in coordination with Project Client/Consultant
• Knowledgeable on quality control, quantity check, and quantity survey
• Knowledgeable on detailed drawings (with A-CAD know-how)
• Communication skill
• Time management skill
